The structure “sits” on a stone base, celebrating strength and solidity inspired by the surrounding mountains’ forms. As the volumes ascend elegantly towards the sky, the shape of the building transforms into a contemporary architectural volume. Thoughtfully designed openings and terraces, provide theatrical glimpses of the surroundings, where the mountainous environment is framed by the sculptural elements of the façade’s unique design. The concealed allegory of the architectural concept tells the story of the inhabitant’s family’s senior, the engineer-father’s house, rooted firmly on the ground, provides the sturdy base, the shoulders, on which the two young sons’ houses are founded and lean on.
